Refund policy

1. Returns

All return requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item. To qualify for a return:

  • Only unopened are eligible for return within 30 days.
  • Proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Returns that do not meet these criteria may be denied. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 days. Refunds may take additional processing time with your financial institution.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Sale items, opened, and/or used products will not be eligible for returns.

Chargeback Policy:

  • Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us will be considered a breach of this policy.
  • Unauthorized chargebacks made without prior contact may result in a permanent restriction on future purchases.
  • We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and will provide proof of delivery, correspondence, and policy acceptance if necessary.
  • Customers who initiate chargebacks in violation of this policy will be liable for any fees incurred by our company as a result of the chargeback process.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All disputes arising from purchases or interactions with our company will be governed by the laws of Colorado. Any disputes must be resolved exclusively in the courts of Colorado.
